1. If the participant submits a Covid positive test result 4 days before the race in question or certifies that he has been in contact, his/her registration will be cancelled.
2. If the participant has an injury that prevents him from participating in the race, his registration is canceled by submitting a doctor's report.
3. Racers who cannot participate due to the postponement of the race date can request cancellation up to 4 days before the new date notified to them.
4. Race fee will not be refunded for any reason other than all of these.
5. Refund of accommodation payments can be requested up to 14 days before the start of the accommodation date. Except for these conditions, accommodation refund requests will not be accepted.
